Foreign Media Reacts to Shocking Gangrape of Spanish Tourist in Dumka, India
The Jharkhand Police announced that three individuals arrested in connection with the gang-rape of a Spanish tourist in Dumka district have been remanded to judicial custody by a court. The victim, a Spanish citizen, provided her statement under Section 164 of the CrPC, and a medical examination confirmed rape.
