Dasara holiday schedule for schools and junior colleges is released by the Telangana government.

Hyderabad: The State’s junior colleges and schools will each take a one-week and 13-day break for Dasara. The first-term holidays for junior colleges are from October 19 to 25, while the schools will be closed from October 13 to 25. On October 26, both schools and junior colleges will reopen.

All junior colleges were ordered by the Telangana State Board of Intermediate Education to follow the holiday schedule and abstain from holding any classes when students were off. The district intermediate education officers were tasked with making sure the colleges complied with the directive.
